Cogscape's first devlog!

Introducing:  CogBall! Cogscape's first sport. The rules are simple, if the ball touches the red line or is stationary along the Y axis for more than 3 seconds, you lose. The game is endless so try to have the longest time possible!
Other than that not much has changed, besides a few minor bug fixes.
